David J. Lee - Chief Executive Officer

David J. Lee is the strategic leader and a co-founder of LMN Solutions. In addition to his corporate focus, David collaborates with the MIT Sloan School of Management for education within strategy, innovation, and technology areas. His expertise is focused on technology strategies for multi-threaded and web-based applications, biometrics, and wide area networks. He's worked across eastern and western Europe, the Middle East, and Africa leading programs. David earned his finance degree from James Madison University and a Masters of Science in Information Technology from Johns Hopkins University. He also speaks French.

Matt McKnight - President

Matt McKnight is a co-founder of LMN Solutions, and currently serves as President. Matt's area of expertise is in custom software development and integration projects focusing on Natural Language Processing (NLP), entity resolution, information retrieval (IR), Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Open Source Software (OSS), Content Management, and rapid web application development (Ruby on Rails). He has extensively studied and practiced agile software development, lean principles, and CMMI processes. He has led worldwide deployment efforts for applications he authored for the US Government. Matt has a degree in Cognitive Science from the University of Virginia and has participated in numerous graduate education programs.

Wajeeha A. Naeem - Chief Operating Officer

Wajeeha A. Naeem is the chief operating officer and co-founder of LMN Solutions, Inc. In addition to her corporate focus, Wajeeha is engaged with the customers LMN supports through her leadership roles in programs across the classified market. Her experience ranges from systems architecture to software design, development and delivery. She takes special interest in facilitating the advancement of traditional Systems Engineering processes to incorporate Agile methodologies. Wajeeha enjoys working with customers through the requirements gathering phase, leading development teams through implementation cycles and incorporating users through the entire life cycle. She has elevated her impact by focusing on macro-level concepts for software delivery and the relationship to products within the commercial market. Wajeeha has a degree in Computer Science from Georgetown University.

Leisha Townes - Director of Corporate Development

Leisha Townes leads the daily human resource, contract, and business operations within LMN Solutions. Prior to joining LMN Solutions, she served in multiple human resource and sales roles for medium and large size businesses within the mid-atlantic region. Leisha earned her degree in Speech Communications from James Madison University.

C. Dean Stephanos - Finance & Accounting

C. Dean Stephanos, President of CL Financial, LLC, is the external accountant for LMN Solutions, Inc. (since March 2005) and brings over eighteen years of government contracting experience to the Company. His firm has grown to over fifty government contracting clients in the Washington, D.C. area since it’s inception in 2003. Prior to CL Financial, LLC, Dean worked for Argy, Wiltse and Robinson, P.C. (AWR) for ten years. Seven years were focused on the auditing of government contractors. The three remaining years, Dean headed up a subsidiary of AWR specializing in accounting, bookkeeping, and systems consulting for government contractors. Dean earned his B.S. in Accounting from East Carolina University. He is also involved in various organizations in the DC area focusing on government contractors.

Nolan Boseman - Enterprise Microsoft Solutions

Nolan Boseman joined the LMN team in 2007. He’s a software systems engineer with over a decade of practical and academic experience in providing mission critical IT solutions for the federal government with a focus on implementation of SDLC methodologies, enterprise system architecture, and systems governance. Nolan’s development expertise includes formative evaluation of user interfaces, internationalization (i18n), and design of validation frameworks. His sweet spot is J2EE development (SCJP); encompassing JSP design, implementation MVC applications (Struts framework), server-side development, and integration with an assortment of web technologies (javascript, jstl). He’s served as a program process owner for change, release and configuration management (ITSM), led a small-scale effort for corporate ISO 9000-2001 certification, and has completed certifications in CMMI, ITIL and Scrum. Nolan has extensive experience as a Operations Manager for mission critical systems within multi-network environments, supporting thousands of distributed users. Most recently, Nolan is growing his knowledge of the Windows Development Framework Toolkit, specifically C# / .NET and Sharepoint technologies. Nolan received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina and M.S. in Systems Engineering from George Mason University with a specialization in Computer Based Systems (architecture and design).

David Chintala - Systems Integration

David Chintala is the Director of Systems Integration at LMN Solutions. He brings over 11 years of experience to the position in all areas of the software development lifecycle. As Director of Systems Integration, David has responsibility for forming partnerships with software vendors and evaluating software capabilities against customer mission needs. Through these relationships with software vendors, LMN Solutions is able to participate in discussions about potential new features and functionality in the software. The end result of these joint ventures is the delivery of software solutions that are more tailored to the mission needs of the customer. David has extensive experience assisting customers with defining business processes and articulating information technology (IT) requirements. In addition, he also helps assimilate the new software into the customer environment. This includes developing policies and procedures for using the new software as well as devising training programs to introduce the software to new users and increase the successful adoption of the new software solution.

Brad Johnson - GIS - Wide Area Surveillance & Full Motion Video

Brad joined the LMN Solutions team in 2008. He is a Team Lead, with 16 years of experience in systems analysis and design, programming, system administration, database administration, geographic information systems and leadership of software development and test teams. He is proficient in several programming languages; having been certified as a Java programmer, as well as various GIS tools. His experience includes being a contributing team lead in the integration of automated software test platforms and service oriented image processing systems. He has multi-varied skills in team leadership, GIS / imagery processing automation, Wide Area Surveillance software, software development and software testing. This experience was gained in working for a mix of startups, Fortune 500 companies, defense and intelligence community clients. Mr. Johnson is co-author on an EPA paper titled "An Automated Imagery Orthorectification Pilot"

Cynthia Kupski - Human Factors & GUI Design

Cynthia joined the LMN Solutions team in 2007. She is an innovative thinker that uses Graphic Design, GUI Design, Web Design, Usability Engineering, Requirements Analysis, and Front-End Development to create simple, functional and good-looking interfaces for software applications. She has more then eleven years of experience in graphic design, and multi-media production, with the past six years focused on developing and implementing web applications. She has a specialized expertise in page layout, interface design and usability engineering. Cynthia is currently working in the role of of Usability Engineer/Front-End Developer, designing conceptual layouts, and translating design comps into HTML pages, while also using usability heuristics to test system design and implementation against usability standards. Cynthia is also trained in the fine arts, illustration and photography.

Kristi Leary - National Security Policy & Analysis

Kristi joined the LMN Solutions team in 2007. Kristi has served as an intelligence analyst for multiple U.S. government intelligence agencies. She has expertise in the U.S. government's terrorist screening enterprise and has served on multiple inter-agency working groups designed to address the challenges of this complex system. Kristi's primary focus in the intelligence community has been on inter-agency coordination, information sharing and quality assurance. Kristi is working with LMN Solutions to expand the company's Mission Focused Analytics service offering. Prior to joining LMN Solutions, Kristi worked as an analyst for multiple U.S. government contractors. She also worked at the National Defense University's National Strategic Gaming Center and helped to develop counter-terrorism table-top exercises for the 2004 Summer Olympics in Athens, Greece. Kristi holds an M.A. in Security Studies from Georgetown University's School of Foreign Service and a B.A. in Political Science from Binghamton University.

Richard Miller - Software Development

Richard joined the LMN Solutions team in 2005 and currently holds a position as a Senior Software Engineer. His skills include many programming languages, web interaction design, scrum master, calculating team velocity, and leading a team of developers. He has had multiple awards from customers in his over 6 years of experience with federal contracting. He has worked with a multitude of COTS integration including relational databases, MarkLogic XML Database, Sun Enterprise Portal, BEA Aqualogic, and many more. He has also mastered building automated test suites in order to streamline the testing procedures.

Mark Redding - Systems Engineering

Mark Redding joined the LMN Solutions team in 2007. He has supported government customers in many roles to include software engineer, requirements engineer and systems engineering lead. He is currently serving as the scrum master for a large software development and integration effort and has focused on implementing quick solutions through the use of the Ruby on Rails application framework. Mark also has a background in sprint planning, creating effective customer demonstrations and product roll-outs. His technical expertise includes MarkLogic XML Database, Java, C++, Ruby on Rails, SQL, Oracle, Perl and JavaScript. Mark received his B.S. in Computer Science from Ohio University and an M.S. in Software Engineering from George Mason University.
